How do we rate an office? On the adverts for properties available, you will notice a rating system, where we have given the property a percentage figure. What is the rating for? This is to give you an ‘at a glance’ view of the property, the higher the rating, the better the property for an office share. What gives the office a better rating? We ask our office renters to complete a list of what potential office sharers can expect. The list looks like this: Desk(s), Chair(s), telephone, direct dial, own phone bills, secure Internet access, storage units, business address, heating, lighting, electricity, office rates, building insurance, receptionist, telephone answering, tea/coffee-making facilities, kitchen, lift, disabled access, 24-hour access, meeting room, boardroom, photocopier, fax machine, security alarmed, air conditioning, comms room, patch panel, newly refurbished, parking, near shops, near public transport, city centre, office cleaners. You will be also be able to see all the facilities available on the advert for the property. The more boxes ticked, the higher the rating. The office renter then add some words of their own to tempt you in. We will add more criteria as the site is used more.
