Looking for an office?
  1. Click on the map for the area you want to search.
  2. Look at the pictures and read the descriptions.
  3. Decide on the ones you would like to know more about.
  4. Register your details.
    If you don't see anything you want, contact us using the Property Wanted link at the top of the page.
  5. We will then send you an email to confirm that your account is set up.

Your contact details are then sent to the property owners. They will contact you to arrange a meeting. If you like what you see and it feels right, negotiate the fee and agree the terms.

You may want to take legal advice before you sign any agreement.

Make sure you have sufficient insurance for computers, printers and so on, that you take to the new office.

Register Your Office Space
  1. Set up an account and agree to our terms and conditions.
  2. Register your property. You will get the best results with good photographs of the workstation or external pictures.
  3. Your property will take 24 hours before it goes on the site. We prefer to check over every new entry - To ensure nothing out of the ordinary is registered.
  4. Once it’s live, you can expect to get prospects emailed to you. It’s up to you to contact them to arrange a viewing/meeting.
  5. If all goes well, you can agree terms. We suggest you download our blank example agreement from the Download Centre - feel free to use or change the forms for your needs.
  6. You may want to take legal advice before you sign any agreement.
  7. Ensure your health and safety policies are up to date.
