When you visit this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions during every visit. “We” is OfficeSharing.co.uk and “You” is you or your company registering a property or looking for an office to share.

Changes to the Terms and conditions.

We get to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification to you, by amending this web page. You should check back here for any changes, we will let you know of any significant changes in our e-newsletter.

We cannot be responsible for the content, availability or reliability of the sites we link to and cannot guarantee that the links will work. We provide NO endorsement or recommendation to any linked site or its contents and therefore accept no liability for the consequences of your accessing any linked site.

Copyright.

This site retains copyright and all other intellectual property rights and we own its contents. You are free to download and use any content from the Download centre once you have registered to list a property or looking for property. If you have problems downloading, send us an email and we will try to get it to you as soon as possible. Otherwise you are not allowed to copy, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, archive, display or in any way commercially exploit the content contained within this site.

Registering

If you are regsitering with an intention to look for new property on behalf of your/a company, please ensure you are legally entitled to do so.

Registering a property

If you are listing a property, please ensure you are legally entitled to do so and can act as a legal representative for the company.

Paying for the service

There is no fee for placing an advert or for looking for a property to share. A fee will be charged to the company registering the office space only when a successful introduction has been made and an agreement to share the property reached.

For single workstations and/or office space below 500 square feet (approx. a 6 to 7 man office) - an invoice will be raised and charged to the company placing an advert and looking for an office sharer once an office share has been agreed. The invoice will be for the first twelve months only and be equivalent to 10% of the agreement negotiated. If the sharing agreement is terminated, for whatever reason, any outstanding time will be invoiced up to the point we are notifed by email.

For office space above 500 square feet, the fee will be 2% of the agreement for rental for the entire duration of the agreement. If you need clarification, please contact us.

Property Agents

We welcome entries from Property Agents on behalf of their clients. You register only once and have a portfolio of properties you can add.

Confirmation will be sent to the agent once a property has been successfully registered. Property agents who are listed as a direct referrer to the site (for property sharing only) will be entitled to 50% of the commission invoiced to the company registering its property once a successful office share is completed. The amount charged to the office sharer is seen above in paying for the service.

Avoiding paying for the service

Any unpaid invoices may be forwarded for collection to a registered debt collection agency. This will seriously affect your ability to get credit. We will send an invoice and/or seek legal action if we discover that you have entered into an office sharing agreement and try to avoid paying a legitimate invoice.

Limitation for liability

We cannot guarantee that the information listed for property share is correct, but we will try to check using our validation process. Even though we try to check the legitimacy, we cannot guarantee that every company or individual registering an interest to office share is legitimate. We cannot and will not get involved in any disputes between the office sharer and the company who offers its space to share. We will not accept and liability for any loss or claim arising from an introduction or from downloading from the site. If you decide to use the suggested agreement/s for your office share - we do not accept any liability for any dispute arsing from its usage or download. It is a guide only and you use it at your own discretion.

Your Data

We will not share any part of your data with a third party, expect where you have permitted/instructed us to do so. We will send you follow up questionnaires and e-newsletters, but you are welcome to ignore these and unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
