What does it cost?

Nothing.

If you want to register your property (you can register as many as you like):

We only charge when a successful office share is completed, and an agreement to share has been made:

For example:

1 x workstation = £250 per month

Successful introduction = 10% commission paid every quarter

Maximum commission payable = 12 months

= 4 x quarterly invoices of £75.00

= £300 plus VAT

Please note that commission payable will be different if a property agent has recommended this site.

Offices space over 500 sq ft will be 2% commission for the duration of the rental or, if involved, whatever has been agreed with the agent.

The featured property is an additional charge of £10 per month
